The traditional karate program at Koei-Kan Karate-Do is a complete and deversified martial arts training program. The Utica dojo is a full time school so students can train unlimited hours and whenever they choose. The school is open 5 days of week with hours *NEED A LINK TO HOURS PAGE* from late morning until late evening.
Most of the training at the Utica school is open training and instruction is given on an individual one to one basis. Instruction is given by Chief Instructor Sensei Jeffery Mason or a certified black belt instructor. Formal classes are also offered at Koei-Kan Karate. Formal classes consist of group training usually given in the form of visual and verbal demonstration. The classes offer students a preview of advance techniques and teach combinations of techniques that are practical for true combat situations.
